Delete your account

To request deletion of your Next P.O.S. account and its associated data, email sales@nextcoretechnology.com from the email address registered to the account, with the subject line “Account deletion request”. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

You can also request deletion of specific data only— for example, stored customer records or a former staff member's account — without deleting your account, through the same email address.

What is deleted

Your account (email, name, sign-in credentials), your store configuration (catalog, staff accounts, printers, settings), and any customer records your business stored in the service.

What is retained, and why

Completed sales and accounting records (receipts/invoices, Z-Readings, audit logs) are retained for the period required by Philippine tax regulations — Bureau of Internal Revenue rules require these records to be kept for up to ten (10) years. They are deleted once the statutory retention period lapses, and are not used for any other purpose in the meantime.
